- Please make sure that you have updated your device firmware to the latest version.
- Refresh your Home screen to get the latest temperature and humidity values.
- If the device has been reset or restarted, please wait for about an hour for the temperature and humidity values to stabilize.
- The surrounding environment where you installed AirTouch Beam might impact the sensor readings. Please ensure that the surrounding area does not generate any heat, is not in direct sunlight, and is not near any other home appliances, etc.
