Your home Wi-Fi may not be appearing for several reasons:

Ensure Your Home Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz: We only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Our app filters the Wi-Fi list to display only 2.4GHz networks.

Wait and Refresh: Wait up to 10 seconds, then tap the Wi-Fi dropdown list again. After a factory reset, AirTouch Beam needs time to prepare and scan for nearby Wi-Fi networks.

Check Your Wi-Fi Connection: Verify that your Wi-Fi connection is stable and discoverable. Ensure the router is not too far from the AirTouch Beam to maintain a strong signal.

Enter Wi-Fi Details Manually: If your home Wi-Fi still doesn't appear, manually enter your Wi-Fi SSID and password by tapping the "Connect to a Different Network" button. Make sure the network information is accurate for the AirTouch Beam to connect. If the connection fails, the device will blink red four times, and you will need to reset it again.
