Why can't I add my AirTouch Beam to the app?
Category: Setup and Connection Issues
Ensure that your AirTouch Beam is powered on and the LED indicator is blinking cyan, indicating pairing mode. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
If the issue persists, factory reset the AirTouch Beam by holding the reset button for 8 seconds, then try again.
