Why is my program not running?
If your Program isn’t running as expected in the AirTouch Beam app, please review the following common causes:
1. Check Your Program Settings

Ensure you've selected the correct devices.

Confirm the configuration (e.g. temperature, mode, zones) is properly set.

Verify that the Start Time and End Time are set correctly.
2. Allow Time for Execution
- Programs are triggered within 60 seconds of the scheduled Start Time. If it's just passed the set time, allow up to a minute for it to activate.
3. Confirm the Selected Location

The Program follows the time zone of the location selected in the app.

Make sure you're viewing or editing the correct location profile, especially if you have more than one set up (e.g. Home, Office).
4. Check Internet Connectivity

Make sure your AirTouch Beam device is online and connected to the internet.

Ensure your mobile device has stable internet access when creating or managing Programs.
