Why is my 'Favourite' not running?
If your Favourite setting is not working as expected, it may be due to a configuration or connectivity issue. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure the Favourite Was Activated
You must manually activate a Favourite by tapping the shortcut:

On the Home screen, or

From the Favourites screen
2. Review Favourite Settings

Make sure the correct devices are selected.

Double-check the configuration (e.g. temperature, mode, zones) to ensure it’s set up as intended.
3. Check Connectivity

Confirm your device is connected to the internet.

Ensure your mobile phone has a stable data or Wi-Fi connection when trying to activate the Favourite.
