Why can't I log in to the app?
If you are unable to log in to the AirTouch Beam app, please check the following:
- Internet Connection: Ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet.
- App Version: Make sure you are using the latest version of the AirTouch Beam app.
- Credentials: Verify that you are entering the correct email address and password.
- Password Reset: If you’ve forgotten your password, tap the “Forgot Password” button to reset it.
