What Is ‘Sync AC’ and How Do I Perform It?

What is ‘Sync AC’?

The Sync AC feature is designed to synchronize your AirTouch Beam app settings with your air conditioning unit, especially when changes have been made using the physical remote controller.

When someone adjusts the AC manually, the app’s settings may no longer reflect the current state of the unit. Using Sync AC sends a command from the app to the AC, updating the unit to match the settings currently displayed in the app.

How to Perform ‘Sync AC’:

You can easily sync your AC using the AirTouch Beam app by following these steps:

Method 1: From the Home Screen

1. Open the AirTouch Beam app.

2. On the Home screen, select the device you want to sync.

3. Tap the Sync AC button.

   • If you have only one device, this button will be visible directly on the Home screen.

Method 2: From the Settings Menu

1. Open the AirTouch Beam app.

2. Navigate to Settings > Devices.

3. Select the device you want to sync.

4. Tap the Sync AC button.

The app will then update the AC settings to reflect the current configuration stored in the app, ensuring both the app and your air conditioning unit are aligned.
