Understanding LED Indicator Colours on Your AirTouch Beam Device

The LED indicator on your AirTouch device provides real-time status updates based on different colours and blink patterns. This guide explains what each colour and behaviour means, so you can easily diagnose the device's current state or any issues.

LED Colour Reference Guide

LED Colour Blinking Behaviour What It Means
Cyan Blinking Default/Pairing Mode: Device is in default state (after a factory reset) and is ready for pairing or Wi-Fi connection. Remains blinking until connected to the internet.
White Blinking Connected to Wi-Fi, Not Yet Paired: Device is connected to Wi-Fi but not paired with the app or assigned to a location. This may also occur during third-party app setup.
N/A Static (No Blinking) Fully Connected: Device is connected to Wi-Fi and added to a location.
Magenta Blinking Firmware Update in Progress: Device is currently updating its firmware.
Cyan Blinking at Double Speed AC Identification Mode: Device is ready to receive a signal from the AC remote control to begin AC identification.
Cyan Single Blink Command Transmission: Device is receiving a command from the app or sending a command to the AC.
Green Blinking 3 Times AC Profile Ready: Device has been successfully assigned an AC profile and is ready to use.
Red Blinking (Various Patterns)

Error or Reset State: The device has encountered an error or is undergoing a reset. Blink pattern indicates the specific issue:
1 blink – Wi-Fi Error
2 blinks – IR Receiver (IRRX) Error
3 blinks – Over-the-Air (OTA) Error
4 blinks – Commissioning Mode
5 blinks – IP Configuration Issue
6 blinks – MQTT Communication Error
7 blinks – Factory Reset in progress
