Where Can I Find the QR Code?

The QR code for your AirTouch Beam device is typically located on the back of the device itself or included in the box leaflet.

What If the QR Code Is Missing or Damaged?

If your AirTouch Beam's QR code is missing, damaged, or no longer accessible, you can still complete the setup process using the manual code or the device’s network name.

Use the Manual Code to Add Your Device:

1. Open the AirTouch Beam app and start the pairing process.

2. Tap Enter Manual Code on the QR scan screen.

3. You will be prompted to enter either:

   • The 11-digit manual code, or

   • The device’s network name

Finding the Network Name:

If you don’t have the manual code, you can retrieve the Beam’s network name by resetting the device:

1. Reset the Beam device using the reset button.

2. On your phone, open the Wi-Fi settings.

3. Look for a network named in the format: AT BEAM [XXXXXX]
