How do I delete my account and all associated data?

If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers, you can do so directly through the AirTouch Beam app.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the AirTouch Beam app.

2. Go to Settings > Edit Account.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Important Notes Before Deleting:

• Ensure all devices are removed from every location you’ve created in the app.

• Any Beam device linked to your account must be factory reset before it can be paired with a new account.

  • To factory reset: Press and hold the reset button on the Beam for approximately 8 seconds until the LED indicator blinks red.

After completing these steps, the Beam can be added to a new account.
