Can my device work without an Internet connection?

The AirTouch Beam requires a stable Wi-Fi connection to access its full range of smart features, including app control and automation.

What Happens Without Internet Access?

If your AirTouch Beam is not connected to the internet:

• You will not be able to control your air conditioner through the AirTouch app.

• Remote features such as scheduling, automation, and voice assistant integration will not function.

• You can still use the button on the front of the Beam to manually turn your AC on or off.

A Wi-Fi connection is essential for smart functionality, but basic manual control remains available directly on the device.
